Siew Ting brings a remarkable blend of strategic vision, purpose-led leadership, and global brand-building expertise to InfluenConnect™. With over 25 years’ experience across global giants such as Unilever, Mars, Diageo, and Fonterra, and most recently serving as Global Chief Brand and Insights Officer and Asia Pacific Japan CMO, she has consistently transformed brand narratives and driven measurable business impact.


Recognised six times by Campaign Asia as one of the “Most Purposeful CMOs”, Siew Ting Foo has long championed inclusive leadership, cultural insight, and human-centred marketing. She was recently named a Global Top 3 Inclusive CMO and serves on the board of The Marketing Society and RSVP Singapore, where she is Chairman of the Strategic Communications Committee.


At InfluenConnect™, Siew Ting will advise on strategy and go-to-market direction, working closely with our leadership team to ensure we scale with both performance and purpose. Our vision is clear: to become the Skyscanner for brands to find influencers around the world: breaking down barriers, enhancing transparency for marketers, and empowering emerging influencers to be easily discoverable. In line with our values, we also contribute a portion of profits to tree-planting and environmental initiatives to create impact beyond marketing.
