1. What subscription plans do you offer?

InfluenConnect offers three levels of subscriptions: Starter, Advanced, and Professional. Each tier varies in influencer search numbers, access to detailed search filters, influencer profile view limits, data viewing periods, access to influencer pricing and contact details, campaign functionality, access to A-list influencers, favourite influencer save limits, and number of trees planted per month.

2. What features are included in each subscription plan?

All subscription plans include access to our influencer search, but the number of searches, the detail of search filters, and influencer profile view limits vary depending on the plan. Advanced and Professional tiers gain access to extended data periods, campaign functionality, and the ability to view influencer pricing and contact details (if available). They can also save more influencers to their favourites list and will have a greater contribution to our tree planting initiative. Additionally, Professional subscribers have exclusive access to A-list influencers.

3. How does pricing work for each plan?

Our subscription plans are tiered, meaning they're priced according to the features and benefits each offers. Advanced and Professional plans, with their added features and capabilities, are priced higher than the Starter plan. Detailed pricing information can be found on our Pricing page.

4. Are there any discounts for longer-term commitments or bulk purchases?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount or the option to plant 10% extra trees per month for users who sign up for a 12-month plan.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. All payments are processed online for your convenience.

6. Can I change or cancel my subscription plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription with 30 days notice. However, please note that changes will take effect from your next billing cycle.

7. What happens if I exceed my plan's limits?

If you reach the limits of your current subscription plan, you will need to upgrade to a higher plan to gain access to more features. Alternatively, you may wait until your next billing cycle for your limits to be reset.

8. Are there any hidden costs or additional fees beyond the subscription price?

No, there are no hidden costs or additional fees for using InfluenConnect. However, fees related to collaborations with influencers are not included in our subscription pricing.

9. Can I try InfluenConnect before I commit to a subscription?

Yes, we offer a 3-day trial for the basic account so you can test out InfluenConnect before committing to a subscription.

10. How does the tree planting for each subscription work?

Each subscription contributes to planting real trees through our partnership with Evertreen, a Verra verified partner. This initiative not only helps offset carbon emissions but also supports local farmers who plant the trees. You can track the growth of your trees and watch the planting sites via our dedicated forest website. This page gives you the ability to see the direct impact of your contribution, providing transparency and connecting you to the positive change you're helping to create.

11. Is there a difference in the level of customer support offered for each plan?

Technical support is available to all users during office hours. However, assistance with booking A-list influencers is an exclusive service available to Advanced and Professional subscribers.

12. What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Upon cancellation, users will be given the option to erase their data from our system. Please contact our support team for assistance with this process.

13. What currencies do you accept?

We accept GBP, USD, HKD, RMB, and EUR for payments. However, please note that our pricing is based on GBP, and all other currencies will be converted based on the exchange rate on the date of the payment.

14. Do you require a standing order or direct debit?

Yes, InfluenConnect uses a subscription model which requires a standing order or direct debit to ensure uninterrupted access to our services. We provide you with the flexibility of choosing your payment schedule as per your convenience.
